Guest Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Hi Hi PROBLEM 1: Our Customers don't get a confirmation page after they have order sweets.... I can't work out why this is? and I know that they need to return to the website in order for the confirmation emails to be sent and for the order to be recognised in the administration side etc. Anyway we have informed customers to return to the site but when they do return the page goes blank and no confirmations are sent. Is there a way of getting the confirmation page or email without customers having to go back to the website or is there another way around this. I am new to Oscommerce so I will need pre-school type help. PROBLEM 2: Shipping / Postage & Packing Within the shipping module I have typed in the shipping table (table method price) I had the Shipping zone set as - United Kingdom as we are in the UK and this will be the main area we dispatch to. But with this setting as - United Kingdom - the shipping section doesn't show at all when when customers go to the chectout? BUT when I leave the shipping Zone as --none-- the shipping section is there.... if I leave it as --none-- international customers can buy but will have the UK postage rates come up which is totally wrong as we will then loose money...... So my problem carries on - can anyone tell me if there is a solution to my problem as I have given up the struggle to work it out. Thank you all in advance for your help Nikki
