Ajeh Posted December 16, 2002 Posted December 16, 2002 If you search the forum for this ... you will discover that the customer did not complete the purchase by hitting continue ... they paid for the order and closed the browser. Due to this, you got the money but no clue what they bought. Might want to email them and find out.
Guest Posted December 23, 2002 Posted December 23, 2002 I have made 2 test orders, 1 with paypal and 1 with money order. Both go through with no problems, but my orders arent showing in admin either (as above). I did not close my browser at any stage in the order/payment/confirm process. Any ideas? Guest Posted December 23, 2002 Posted December 23, 2002 The orders are present in the database but the order number has to be manually inserted in the Order ID field in admin and enter pressed. the order comes up with all relevant info, but the order status dropdown box is empty. ie i cannot update the order as pending, or complete etc.
