Problem with uk_with_pwa.I`m getting error and warning messages.Please Help!

i installed PayPal Website Payments Pro, U.K. Edition, with PWA (http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5442) contribution and now I am encountering warning messages on every page www.lamimini.com/catalog >_<

Anyone knows how to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had the very same problem last week on one of my sites, I decided to give up in the end and stick with paypal IPN which does the job very well indeed
