payment and shipping options and surcharges

I am sure this has been answered at some point, I just cannot find it. Going to blame the current heat wave here in Australia for melting my brain.

 

ok so what I want to do is have two payment options

1. Paypal

2. Cash on Delivery but I want there to be an extra fee for this

 

For postage I want:

1. Reular post based on table weight

2. Express post - different table weight to regular post

2. Registered post with a fee of $2.50

 

What do I need to do to make this happen. I am a beginner at all this web stuff, so please explain things clearly in detail. I have worked out most other things, I just need to be pointed in the right direction. :D

ok new plan, I dont need to charge extra for COD, the postal service does it. So the payment side of things is sorted.

 

Just for postage options. I know I saw something somewhere that lets me add more shipping module options, I just cannot find it. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

 

Does anyone know if this will do it Australian shipping module?

 

I dont want to be using the Australia post postage calculator though, it has stuffed up on me before and I have been out of pocket with postage fees.
