I did install the shipping insurance mod. but can not think of anything else that I changed that has anything to do with orders. I am getting orders and do not know what the customer purchased - PLEASE HELP QUICKLY... Sue.

If memory serves correctly, this happens when the buyer fails to return to your site after completing the payment. Basically the order is logged in the database, but the order status is set to its default table value of 0, and so does not show up in the orders page There was a mod to sort this, but can not remember what it was called. Another solution is using phpmyadmin, go through the orders table, and set all orders with an order status of 0 to 1, and then change the table default value of order_status from 0 to 1
crafterscafe Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 Okay - I am really new to mysql and do not know how to do the query. did dbase programming in the 80's, since then not much of keeping up, so I am a little lost. if I could just see what they ordered I can stress about the fix later. any help would be appreciated.
