FIRST THINGS : Our website is 4 months old, i'm in no way a programmer and i'm french so sorry about my poor english :-). THE PROBLEM : Since 2 months, we've had 1 or 2 orders per day BUT since 4 days : nothing ! Pretty unusual... and we don't know why ! No one uses the shopping cart either (when we look at whos_online). The thing is the numbers of visitors hasen't dropped and is still climbing so NO ORDER = quite impossible (according to our statistics from previous periods of time). This said : we suspect some causes : CAUSES ? It seems it began a day when : - i installed the "buy_two module" and another contribution to configure discounts in all catégories ! - a strange order was made from africa with a way too high amount and several tries to make a payment. (we cancelled it of course...) THAT MAY BE IT BUT... When we test our shopping cart, by adding a product into it, there is absolutely NO PROBLEM (with Firefox or IE). That said, maybe we are crazy but... we are worried...;-( WHAT YOU CAN DO. Well, we would like you to check if our shopping cart really works : Go to our website and just put something in the shopping cart. If everything is ok, you can try to continue to create_account and stop there (we are pretty sure there isn't a problem at this point or after), just to make sure the "Continue" button in the shopping cart works properly. Finally, we would like you to tell us what happened when doing that. OUR WEBSITE : http://www.archedesoisy.com Notes : The button "add to cart" is called "ajouter au panier" and the button "continue" in the shopping cart is called "terminer votre commande". Hope I made myself clear and that someone here would be kind enough to take a look at this ! I don't know which one is better : have a problem in the shopping cart OR no problem but our visitors don't like us anymore...;-(

I don't know which one is better : have a problem in the shopping cart OR no problem but our visitors don't like us anymore...;-( I do understand a tiny bit of French, so was able to navigate your site ( which looks pretty good by the way ) One thing I did notice was the absense of my mouse trailer on your page - is this intentional or caused by some code error ? I clicked on some product in your store, and managed to click what seemed like buy now, I filled in the sign up page, and was taken to Payal was showed a payment of 20 Euro, so everything seems fine, but you must like at the mouse trailer on your main page - maybe that is what is putting people off
