global_register must on ?

I'm new bie, and install oscommerce but this need global register must on , the web server is off and me question, how to global register on with script ?

the problem find solution but can access admin, code error is

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in /home/kotang82/public_html/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 31
