getitdone99 Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 Hello again forum world. Looks like we are having a problem during our checkout process and we are hoping someone can help. In our store, when you go to check out (logged in of course), the first screen that appears is step 1 of 4, the Delivery Information page. As you know, this page displays the Shipping Address, Shipping Method, and Continue Checkout Procedure. When you click the 'continue' link under Continue Checkout Procedure it loops back to the page, the Delivery Information page, so you never get to step 2 Payment Info. It was working and now it just doesn't. Can anyone please help with a direction on where to start to fix this problem. Any guidance would be much appreciated!! :rolleyes:
