Addional page 2 in the invoice - add page 2 with terms of trade?

Hi,

 

I want to add a second page in the invoice. Now it ends with the bank account and so on.

 

But I want to add a second page, or better after this the terms of trade should be shown.

 

The variable is for sure: <-conditions->. But what is the code that the terms of trade are shown in the invoice?

 

And should it be in invoice.phph or invoice_word.php???
