chuntley Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 So this has happened a few times and I usually just refund the multiple orders, but it happened the other day and it just ended up costing me 78$. This girl placed an order and it went through 3 times, well it overdrafted her account 2x because it was 2 separate transactions and her bank told her that because it was a website error it is our responsibility. Is there any way we can stop this from happening in the future?
