new account cannot be created

A customer tried to create an account, however each time they tried the website returned them to the page where you can log in or create an account. Through I was able to create an account with no problem, so I assume it has something to do with sessions and cleared them from the database.

 

Sessions setting are:

 

Force Cookie Use = False

Check SSL Session ID = True

Check User Agent = True

Check IP Address = True

Prevent Spider Sessions = True

 

 

Can anyone offer some additional incite?

I went into the database and there account was created but the customer was not aware that the accoutn was created because the system did not bring them "your account has been successfully created" page.
