Every product is in every category?

I tried using the search function but am not to sure where to begin.

 

I am having an issue, whenever I try and add a product to one category the product shows up in every category. On the back end of the site it is not there though. I went in and deleted the product from every category but the one I want but it is not working.

 

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I also have a problem when I add more products they do not fall beneath each other once there is no more room. they keep moving horizontal.

Did you figure out why your site is doing this? I am sorry that I myself have no clue except to ask what contributions have you installed that may be doing this?
