Install idles forever

Hello everybody.

 

I'm a new user to osCommerce and these are my first tries to install it onto my web server.

Everything runs smoothly, and when i go to www.mysite/install I access the web-installer just as it should be.

My problem is after I'm done with step 1 and've clicked the "Continue" button. The problem that occurs is that nothing happens, at all.

The little wheel that starts to spin in the lower left corner spins forever and ever. I took a picture and uploaded it to avoid any misunderstandings.

For your interest the install must've made some kind of progress since it made 42, 42 and 47 ( I've tried to do everything from scratch 3 times) tables into my mysql database, but that's everything I've noticed.

I tried it once more, but instead of using internet explorer this time, I used Mozilla Firefox, and it worked!
