Item still displayed Quantity 0

Have just made my first order on my site, the order went through fine and quantity has been set to 0.

But the product is still showing in my store with a "Buy" button available, any suggestions on how to set products with 0 quantity to not display?

 

I have set in the admin panel \ Configuration \ stock

Check stock level = true

subtrack sotck = true

allow checkout = false

So no orders of that product should go through but its still showing available and I would rather it be set inactive rather than be displayed.

 

Any help would be great, I've searched but cant find anything.

I've been playing around with this all day and searched the whole of the site. This must be something simple to hide an item when its out of stock. Please help.

when the last item is purchased, the checkout process will change the qty to zero and also change the product status to "out of stock". When this happens, the product will not be listed for the customer to see.

Its possible to show the product is OUT OF STOCK?
