member9999 Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Hello, After ftp'ng a backup I'm suddenly getting "not found on server" errors when clicking on all products from my home page (which renders fine). Configure.php looks fine and now I'm wondering if it could be a permissions issue somewhere. Also, I'm not absolutely sure which function brings up the product and category pages. Can someone please post me some info on a good starting point or if anyone has experienced this before. Thanks! :thumbsup:

It's funny you mentioned that because I know there was some seo work done on this site (it's not my site) and I did check the htaccess file, but it was empty. When clicking on home page products the urls appear as mysite.com/product/374.html. I just added a test category and product and it showed up on the home page but still I get a 404 when I click on it. So this tells me I'm not missing any files I assume?? What baffles me is how can it be fine before I backed it up and then a few hours later not fine after I placed the backup on the server again.
