protx problems

Hi,

We're having a few problems getting our protx card payment working. Did try to post this on elance but the designer who was looking into it seems to have vanished.

Basically want to make sure the card details are been directed correctly. Protx have sent us the paths information should be going to but I have little idea which file this would be in.

Anyone point me in the right direction.

We are running a oscommerce including a template and some functionality from oscmax.

Would also like to know the best way to learn more about oscommerce and how to edit it.

Not eally aren't sure - how do you tell which version you are using?

We have a vsp terminal and it goes to barclays merchant banking services.

If you are using Protx Form you leave your osCommerce site and enter your card details on Protx's website.

 

With Protx Direct the customer never leaves you site and enteres all the details on your site which is then processed in the background.
