Remove Fields from create_account.php

Hello,

 

I want to know please what shoul i delete or uncomment in this page of create_account.php, to remove required fileds like:

 

Country

Postal Code

or

 

Fax

 

I allready try tu put in front // $postcode in every place of my create_account.php

 

But the fields ar still there...

 

Please an advice
