When a customer orders from our store we used to get a notification email to our store email address telling us what the customer ordered and how much he/she paid. Now we don't get anything and the only way to check is to go into admin/customers/orders and click on packing slip. Has any of you had that problem? I haven't a clue how to fix it. Thanks for taking the time to read this-any advice is greatly appreciated. :'(
maxxxie Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Go to your store's admin section, go to Configuration. There you'll find an entry called something like "send extra order emails to". Make sure your email address is there. If it's not, put it in, and be sure to save your changes. Cheers, Max
Brad_Wosmek Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 If you still have issues after following maxxxie's instructions I'd suggest taking a look in your PHP log file. If you're having SMTP problems you will most likely see detailed messages there. Hopefully these messages will give you some clues as to what the underlying problem is.
