multiple user level discount

Hello guys,

 

I need to set a custom value of discount (between 10% to 40%) to each user manually via the "Customers" section of the admin.

 

Now I've seen that there are a few discount contributions available that set the discounted price on the basket via coupon or just normal discount, but what I want to achieve here is once a user logs in, the products show the retail (original) price of the product, and the discounted (value of his user discount level set in admin) price on each product, so he knows what he's saving.

 

Have any of you came across something similar in terms of contributions or have any ideas of how to tackle something like this?
