Guest Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 Hi, I have implemented the "table rate" to the shipping module because using Aus. Post and calculating postage by weight some clients were getting charged $18 instead of $5.90, just because it was inland Australia. I have put a table in that everything up to and including 500 grams is $5.90 and items 501 grams to 3 kilos is $9.90, over 3 kilos is $12.95 etc. The system is not charging postage of most orders. I am losing money at a rapid rate of knots. It is charging $5.90 on items weighing 10 grams which is okay , yet something weighing 480 grams was not charged $5.90 postage. One item weighing 578 gram, system did not charge $9.90 postage. I have altered all the products on the catalogue to grams to coincide with this change to table rate, but still this system is not working. Can you offer a solution please?
