frOOgz Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 hello, I am a nOOb that has just downloaded the v3.0 Alpha 4. I have installed the application with ease and have had a snoop around the code. I am impressed with what i have seen, congratulations on all the effort. To my point in hand. Is there a reason why the product attribute value datatype is a dec(15,4) ? I am surprised that you can't select a datatype for the attribute. Is there a way around it or am I missing something? Regards

frOOgz Posted March 10, 2008 Author Posted March 10, 2008 I have downloaded v2.2 RC 2a and my question still applies. It seems that an attribute is required to modify the selling price based upon an option, is this a correct assumption? I would like to have attributes like Length, Height, Width associated with my products. Is there a way to achieve this without modify the database and product maintenance routine.
