I have the catalog contents currently uploaded under store. So that way it will go to www.legrandmotorsports.com/offroad/store. But whenever I try to install by going to www.legrandmotorsports.com/offroad/store/install, it comes up to IISPassword: The page cannot be displayed HTTP: Error 500. I have my own custom error pages and this is not one of my error pages.

Also, no matter where I put the catalog directory, whether it be right on the main root of the site or not, it did the same thing, even if it is under its original name, catalog. I have been messing with it, trying different things for about 8 hours all together and still nothing.

Any help is grately appreciated

You should just go to www.legrandmotorsports.com/offroad/store if you have not run the install process before.

Thanks for your responses. I tried both methods though and they do not work... I tried a bunch of different ways including www.legrandmotorsports.com/catalog/install and just tried the www.legrandmotorsports.com/offroad/store and it comes up to the same thing...

I'm completely lost as to why this is happening... I know I have everything setup right but I cant figure out why this is happening..

Anyone have any other ideas?

Read the documentation and start over with stop one.

www.legrandmotorsports.com/catalog/install will only work if you renamed the oscommerce file to catalog

The other way you tried will not work unless you renamed it to offroad

I did... I redid the whole process like 3 times...

I did rename the directory to catalog whenever I tried that method... The directories are setup right... I know that for a fact but something is keeping me from accessing the installation folder.

The only other thing I can think of is that the files somehow became corrupted during transfer... But even so, I deleted the whole thing and started over a couple times so its very unlikely.

I have my hosting service helping me out so maybe they will have an answer..

You are not authorized to view this page is what I get when I go to your store, so is it a file permissions problem?

That part is supposed to be setup like that right now because I am working on the site. Most of the links to certain directories will give you a 403 error until I have finished them.

I figured it out though...

Thanks for your help
