Multiple Drop Down Departments Email Form (contact_us.php)

Ok, I don't know if there is a module for this or not or some way of doing this.

 

I would like to be able to use the contact_us.php and have the feature where there is a drop down menu of different departments where the message can be redirected to the apropiate emails instead of only being able to send to one email.
