I have been looking for ages for a thread on this problem, but have been unsuccessful in finding anything........I had a new customer sign up today and place an order. Later on a guest was browsing the Cart, only to find she was in fact logged in to a registered customer's account. The account she was in turned out to be the customer who had just registered and placed an order. How has this happened? and How can I fix it? Can sombody PLEASE help??

Most likely, they was using a shared computer like in a library or school or something. I do not think it is something you should fret over.

Hi, and thank you for answering....however I feel that would not be the reason as one is local Melb. Aust and one is in the US. Again, thanks!

Probably you have Recreate Session set to False?

Hi, and thank you for answering....I did have this setting on false and have now changed it. Hopefully that fixes it. Thank you again!

Prevent spider sessions > true

Recreate sessions > true

Upload the latest includes/spiders.txt (contribution by stevel)

May also be a good idea to install ultimate seo urls (contribution) so your stock old/indexed urls get 301 redirected to new.
