After Adding Customer, Error in Admin Customer List

Hello Everyone

What I am about to post has been posted before with no answer. My server have been upgraded also everything works fine except for viewing a new customer, new customer info want post in admin, I can view my old customers, when a new customer signup I get this,

I have tried everything I came across with no result. Will osCommerce fix this problem? are could anyone fix this.

I didn't find anything that would help me, however their is information on this topic in other string, I end up doing a clean install instead of upgrade and set everything back up again, it work great now.
