This is happening to me also, I have had this site up for years, I have not chmod the file and its at 400, I have double checked and its def 400, what's wrong!
Guest Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 Hi, I have just solved this problem. I went to the control panel of my domain name, found something within the control panel called the 'File Manager' found the correct file - catalog/includes/configure.php and was given an option to change the permissions of the file - I changed it from 644 to 444 (or read only) Hope this helps.
