Number of rows...

I have searched for nearly an hour with no luck. Does anybody know how I can alter the amount of rows displayed on the product pages? I want to display 3 rows and currently I only get 1.

I forgot to mention that I know that templates aren't supported, I just need to know where to look as I'm sure the files aren't too much different. The temporary address is;

There are a few test items in the ladies fragrance section, if you click on it you will see that you only get 1 row of 4 items before your pagination, I need 3 rows of 4 before pagination.
