about payment Method don't process issue when have Gift Certificate balance

Hi,

When someone have Gift Certificate balance , however you tick or untick Gift Certificate balance, it will skip payment Method checking.......

 

from checkout_payment.php to checkout_confirm and finish order process, no need payment.

 

Would you please help to advise asap?

 

my CCGV is 5.19
