Send As Gift with Custom Text

Hello,

When you check out on oscommerce, you can change the delivery address. I'm looking for a contribution that can send a product to a shipping address and where you have the option to send as a gift.

 

If you send is as a gift, you need to fill in a textbox with the details that need to be on the gift card (like: Hang on mate and hope to see you in a few days, Marc).

 

I've been searching for hours but the only thing I could find is how to add a custom textbox on the shipping page. I need to make sure the text that was entered in the textbox is accessible by the admin so he can make the order as it is supposed to be made (with a gift card attached to the product).

 

I hope I make myself clear and I hope it already exists :-)
