Taxes without states, multiple rates

Hi, masterminds.

I read trough every thread about taxes I could found, and tried to fix this - no luck.

I am using V. 2.2 RC1.

At first, I explain what works:

1. I create a new zone: Finland.

2. I create a new tax zone: Finland, and inside the folder I create again Finland, and set it to "All Zones".

3. I create a tax class with a name TAX.

4. I Create a tax rate, choose the given name TAX, and the created zone Finland.

5. I open a testproduct, and set its tax class to be TAX.

I go to my shop, and register Finland as my home country, and the tax is added nicely, when I buy the testproduct.

Now I explain what does not work:

Now, I want to have a different tax for people buying from Sweden. As I understood from the mails:

1. I create a new zone: Sweden.

2. I create a new tax zone: Sweden, and inside the folder I create again Sweden, and set it to "All Zones".

3. I create a tax class with a name TAX2.

4. I also create a new tax class with a name TAXABLE GOODS

5. I Create a tax rate, choose the given name TAX2, and the created zone Sweden.

6. I open a testproduct, and set its tax class to be TAXABLE GOODS

Now, OCS should choose the taxrate based on the country.. but it is not working. I created a testingaccount #2 and registered it in Sweden, and tested.

If I change testproducts tax class to TAX2, the taxes work for the Swedish client, Finland is without tax... and vice versa.

If I change testproducts tax class to TAXABLE GOODS, there is no tax at all.. for anyone. (as I understand this is how it should be, because there is no tax rate ... but on the threads I was told that it should work like this. Osc should choose the taxrate for the current country...)

Please, any solutions? I ask nicely, please. Allready spent 4 hours with this.

Regards, e.
