setting up shipping - help

ok im new to osCommerce, and I need help in setting up the shipping part ...

 

I need otions for EUROPE :

-1st Class for shipments up to 4lb calculated by weight

-Priority Calculated by weight

-EMS by weight

 

all orders over $100 are shipped priority FREE, but I would like to add a upgrade option to EMS ... like : add EMS to free shiping - $15.00

 

Options for USA

-1st class up to 4lb $4.99

-Priority $8.99

 

all orders over $100 are shipped priority FREE

 

Any ideas + help on how to set this up ??

create two zones.

Us and europe.

 

Now create shipping modules or use the existing one.

Set specific zones.

 

in order total use free shipping setting forabove 100 usd.

 

 

for other parts use table method and insead of rate apply weight.

where do I create the zones ??

 

so far it only gives me the option of zone 1 <_<
