Urgent help needed (again IE vs Firefox)

I have strange problem with IE

The BASISBANK banner does not appear in IE. and I cannot understand what is the reason. It is not because of HTML tags, I think it is java script reason. I have installed ads manager, contribution

Everything banners etc showup for me in Explorer and Firefox just fine.
