PayPal Completion Problem

Hi all - having a problem with PayPal - when a customer purchases a product, pays through paypal but does not return to the store, it seems there is no record of the order in the oscommerce store. The only way it is recorded is if the client clicks the "return to" button on the paypal page. Obviously, if the client closes the browser at this point, we have no record of the store transaction :(

 

Any ideas grately appreciated.
