I have made it this far customizing my store...

 

Any comments or suggestions welcome. I will be changing everything around eventually but thoughts on colors, load time etc.

 

Someone had said the white background was too harsh on the eyes...?

I am on 1600x1200 display.

 

Your header is set nicely for 800x600 but the middle of the store and the bottom blow out the sides.

 

You might take a peek at it on a higher resolution display.

 

Looks nice. You could add an outer color to the shop that would maybe accent it and off set the white without having to change the white.

I still have color in the columns, but the idea is there.

 

Some of the images are gone on Notifications and Reviews.

Great progress so far. Suggest you take a look at it in a resolution other than 800x600. On a higher resolution your center section is filling the screen and the header is not.

 

You either need to change the header width to 100% or check out Linda's "Center Store" contribution.

Yes I see what you mean now in the higher resolution. I can fix that easy enough I think.

 

Your shop looks great. I see what you mean and might change the background color to a muted off white.

 

I know the notification and review buttons seem not to be there. I filled them in with the background color for now. I plan on changing the images on those very soon.

I have an AI Bot on my forum that does that. It is a riot and really confuses the new members a bit because the bot posts the same time as they do.

 

It is really funny.

Getting it worked so it displays right in higher resolutions but for one problem... account.php is not working as the other php files have.

 

I wonder why this is? Any thoughts appreciated.

It looks great. But;

And in netscape your width control isn't working. But in IE it looks perfect.

I doubt I will be able to get the width controls working in netscape because of netscape itself and how it reads tables.

 

The images that are not showing at this time are not ones that will stay so I am not worried about that. They are not showing because they were uploaded in ASCII mode.

Yeah I might do that. Only image I would need to change is the bottom one however the text insures that the links will be seen even if someone is surfing with images turned off...

 

Of course I could try to make the text line up over the image in that table cell but it would not be easy...
