Discount Coupon Error! PLEASE HELP!

This is the error I am getting after I try to make a coupon and enter all the data...click on "Insert" and get this:

 

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

 

insert into discount_coupons values ( 'PROPS', 'Props Members', '.10', 'percent', "0008-01-01", "0009-01-01", 100, 150.0, 'price', 100)
