sec Posted December 14, 2002 Share Posted December 14, 2002 When I activate the Zone Rates part of shipping it always adds an extra 5.00 to the shipping costs, ( ie it says 3:8.50 so I would expect anything up to 3 in weight to be 8.50 but it comes up as 13.50) how do I stop this as its driving a novice round the bend. I noticed this handling charge but have not enabled it as I thought that may have something to do with it, I even tried changing the values of it to 0.00 in handeling but it seems to just revert back to 5.00 again when I check it, as I said before though I have not enabled it, only part that is enabled is Zone rates. It is maybe something simple but I am stumped and I really need this fixed ASAP as I am just about to go live in the next day or so and this is going to set me back big time.
