ckeene Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 When I installed the USPS shipping module, I registered with USPS and was given a user ID and password for use on their testing server. However, when I installed the module, there was not an option for which server to use (Testing or Production). I went ahead and used the user ID and password that I was given and installed the module according to the steps on the oscommerce knowledge base. I get an error when I try to test the purchase of a product. "An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations. If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner." Can anyone offer advise or help? Thank you!
