Please help! "There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again". What this error all about?

Im already done setup with my payment system using authorize.net. First i run it Test Mode using the test credit card # and i encountered this error "There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again.". Next i try Test Mode but using an active credit card and the same error appeared.

 

Can anyone help me to fix this error? or what should be the result using Test Mode?
