Check the code for the page it is showing up on, it might be above the first <? at the top of the page.

Well here's the thing, it shows up on every page. I also though it would be right above the <? but its not on the header/footer.php's or the english.php. I really cant think of where in earth this code is.

What was the last file you edited prior to it showing up?

Thats prob. where I would check

thats tough too because i was editing using ie7, then went to test firefox and it popped up so i have no idea when it came along.

Well looks like you need to start going through each page if you cant narrow it down to what you edited.

I would start in the includes folder since they are called on almost all the pages

Cause. Fix: either get a better editor or change the settings (use utf-8 without BOM marker)
