Cannot login into my Admin page to edit

When I attempt to login into my admin site to edit my site I receive this

erro message Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in /home/blacklig/www/www/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 31

any help will be greatly appreciated.

change $this=null; to unset($this);
