digilee Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 Find where the product is listed in your admin (normally under Categories / Products). To the right of it's name should be 2 circles, 1 red, 1 green under the 'Status' column. Click the red circle to set the product as 'inactive' All details are still there in the database and admin, just not visible in your store. SolarFrenzy Solar powered gadgets at down to earth prices. mabanman Posted March 3, 2008 Author Posted March 3, 2008 Thanks very much for responding Digilee and GeoffryWalton It worked great but I still had problems with an old version of "All Products" displaying the Inactive Products. I found the solution to this in the AllProds Contributions (sep 26 2006 from mgx) and it is all fixed. It means allot to novices to get support on the forum when they are at the mercy of others understanding. Thankyou , very much appreciated Regards Nadege
