After I got into the Administration, I can't find the "Featured Products" and "SEO URLs" under the configuration. can anyone tell me why and how to sort it out? very appreciate!

Fimble is correct. My two cents is if it is preinstalled, it is probably an older unpatched version. You could download RC2a from thr blue solutions tab at the top of this page.
