Need help with Fatal error & Parse error

I need help with the following error,s:

 

1, showing at cart contents

Fatal error: Call to undefined method payment::checkout_initialization_method() in C:\wamp\www\osc\shopping_cart.php on line 222

 

2,Showing at Checkout Procedure payment method. (when I Continue and ignore the above error)

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\wamp\www\osc\checkout_payment.php on line 602

 

I have installed:

 

Points/RewardsV2.00

Coupons/Gift Voucher

Header Tags Controller

dynamic_sitemap

 

and have looked all over above mods and still get them?
