nevergiveup Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Hi, this is my first time on the forum and wanted to let everyone know why this problem was happening to my store. After my customers would download a digital product there was an error message stating "Couldn’t open the file. It may be corrupt or a file format that Preview doesn’t recognize." The last change I made was adding a contribution "Add Product Title in path (breadcrumb trail)" contrib 5462. Somehow changing the (application_top.php) breadcrumb to read product name instead of product model number messed it up. Why I don't know but it must be a bug directly affecting the delivery of download properly, very weird. I put the backup file (application_top.php) back in and it fixed the problem. I only changed the breadcrumb code from the cntrib 5462 so it must of been that. I had a feeling it was a bug problem. Hope this helps.
