Standard Weblink version of Authorizenet - how do I use it?

I have a new Authorizenet account and want to use it with OScommerce 2.2 - how do I setup Authorizenet with all of it's links and receipts, relays, responses and referrer URLs? Where are the instructions that anyone should be able to use as a template for such a common thing?

It works in test mode but not in real mode - I know I'm missing something but what? I also know that they will change the requirements in a few months to the new way but are there any explicit instructions for setting up a new versio as well. I need a recipe for success instead of a crazy guessing game.
