Zews Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 When i load my website on ie(7), i get this error message on the bottom left bar ('There's an error on this website'). When i click on detail it says that the error is on line 304, character 1. Line 304 is this one: <td><table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" class="infoBoxContents_left"> and there's nothing wrong there. Site loads ok, everything works fine, but for a customer, watching this error message on the website they're supossed to rely their personal and credit info its a big turn off.
germ Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 From your description, sounds like a Java Script error. Add any of that recently? And I think it counts line numbers differently, so it can be confusing to find. The bad part is I don't know what tool to use to track down the error, other than removing code (if that's possible), until the error goes away. I'd take a peek, but I don't have your URL. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
