Guest Posted December 14, 2002 Posted December 14, 2002 Okay this is my first day using oscommerce, well actually my first couple hours give or take... How do we see how much inventory is listed and set the amount? Like I had only 10 of widget1 and sold out. Then I got 10 more. Where do I update the 0 to 10? Or where can I check to see how many are showing as sold assuming I started with ten... Forgive if this had been asked before. I searched for it but had no results.

Guest Posted December 14, 2002 Posted December 14, 2002 Open the admin, click on Catalog, then click on Catagories/Products, pick a category, click on the folder to get to the products, click edit......
Guest Posted December 14, 2002 Posted December 14, 2002 Thanks :D That is the key factor on whether or not this would really be able to be used for my shop. Often I will end up with a limited amount of a particular gift or collectible item due to discontinuations etc. Now I can really install this as I want to change it from using a subdirectory to just being in the root folder. :)

Guest Posted December 14, 2002 Posted December 14, 2002 Thanks mattice! I will keep that in mind. It looks very useful. Right now I am configuring the design to match that of the main site. :) Not having an easy time of it either. :oops:
