STS: Howto change $content?

Hey guys,

 

How do i change what $content prints out on my diffrent pages?

 

Also, how would i add a diffrent style to the diffrent boxes? I want my categories box to have a totally diffrent layout than the rest of them.

 

Any ideas? :)
