OSC relocating

Hi there,

Everything is working great locally. Now, how do I move everything to my web site host ?

I tried to move all php files and then follow installation instructions but that just started with the original OSC demonstration site...

Is there a post / threat with a path to that end ? Common I´m certainly not the first one with that problem...
