If you actually took the trouble to look for that line 61: $shipping_num_boxes = ceil($shipping_weight/SHIPPING_MAX_WEIGHT); you might have gotten the idea that perhaps the constant SHIPPING_MAX_WEIGHT might be zero? Which is set in the admin somewhere.
